Typically TButtonDesignerLayer32 button objects are controlled by MouseMove events via calls to TLayeredImage32.GetLayerAt. They're used to transform images (reposition, rotate, resize, projective transform etc) and facilitate line and polygon drawing. The easiest way to create designer button layers is to use the CreateSizingBtnsGroup and CreateButtonGroup functions in Image32_Layers.
